Three-day seminars are held to study the experience of private kindergartens and to apply it in municipal preschools. The seminars initiated within annual programs are aimed at the development of professional skills: 40 nurses from administrative districts are involved in the process. At the end of the program the results will be discussed and analyzed to adjust them to municipal kindergartens.
The efforts aimed at experience exchange, development and having a more effective educational system will be continued.
