From February 27 to March 5 465 phone calls were received through the hot lines functioning in Yerevan Municipality. 388 issues raised by the citizens got appropriate solutions the rest 77 ones are being processed.

Though the hot lines functioning in the administrative districts staffs 149 calls were received; 122 of them got solutions, the rest 37 ones are being processed.
