Scope of Contract: Within the Yerevan Urban Development Investment Program, there is a need to establish effective strategic communication, public awareness and visibility mechanisms, ensuring transparent and timely information sharing on the PIU’s activities and projects. The Consultant will support the development of a comprehensive strategic communication ecosystem with the objective to strengthen stakeholder engagement and foster accountability.
