Scope of Contract:   Within the Yerevan Urban Development Investment Program the Land Acquisition and Resettlement Framework specifies that Land Acquisition and Resettlement Plan (LARP) will be monitored externally by an External Monitoring Agency (EMA) with the objective to monitor LARP preparation, implementation and post implementation processes, identify problems and suggest respective solutions.
