13154 letters and applications were received from individuals and legal entities in December 2017
In December of 2017 13154 letters and applications were received in Yerevan Municipality staff from individuals and legal entities. The performance rate has made up 100 %. 91% of the letters and applications got positive solutions. As regards the terms established for responding the letters and applications no violations have been fixed.
