" Assignments submitted by citizens through the 'Active Citizen' platform are the same as those you receive from the mayor" – Tigran Avinyan

Through the "Active Citizen" platform, Yerevan residents evaluated the work of administrative districts, various municipal departments and subdivisions. Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan emphasized that the feedback provided through the platform will also affect the allocation of funds to administrative districts.
"The 'Active Citizen' platform is particularly important because the instructions given by citizens are equivalent to those you receive directly from the mayor. The more satisfied citizens are with the quality of your work, the greater your motivation will be," noted the mayor.

The curb ramp construction program has been completed in Yerevan. A total of 551 curb ramps were installed at 286 locations across 12 administrative districts. Highlighting the significance of the program, Mayor Tigran Avinyan made several remarks.
"Extensive and important work has been carried out, and it was essential that the program be systematic, providing comprehensive solutions. In some cases, however, we selected the wrong types of curb ramps, for example, choosing a ramp that only rises in one direction, when an approach from three sides was required. Making our city more inclusive and accessible for public remains one of our main priorities," emphasized the mayor.

The public transport reform also envisaged the introduction of a passenger information system, which has already been implemented. Alongside the dissemination of information online and the expansion of the program, it was planned to install electronic timetables at bus stops. This pilot program has already been implemented at six bus stops, and by the end of the year 30 more bus stops will have been equipped.

As part of the "Social Support Services for the Elderly" program, 55 inbound tours were organized from August 19 to October 31, engaging approximately 1,100 elderly participants from all 12 administrative districts. The trips included visits to Sevanavank, Tatev, Echmiatsin, Khor Virap-Noravank, Stepanavan-Dendropark, Garni-Geghard, Dilijan-Lake Parz-Hagartsin, Mughni-Saghmosavank, and Tsaghkevank. Given that members of this social group rarely participate in events or trips, such initiatives provide opportunities for rest and leisure.
