During the regular working conference Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan was reported that within the frames of medical action «For you, women» 3786 women had applied to municipal policlinics the previous week. The head of the Department of Building and Improvement reported that the process of ''Yerevan gas'', ''Yerevan Jur'' and ''Electricity network of Armenia'' is still going on. The Mayor instructed to carry on strict control over the process and to provide regular information of the public about it.
The head of the Department of Nature Protection reported that the process of landscaping the capital is going on in all administrative districts in accordance with the established schedule. The competitions announced for the expansion of irrigation network took place as well. The work is to start after summarizing the results.
Mayor Taron Margaryan instructed to make preparations to put the drinking water fountains into operation from April 1 and the fountains of the capital are to start working from April 7.
Within the frames of ''The safe city'' program it was instructed to put into order the external lighting network of the capita as well as to equip the area of Children's Railway with video cameras.
The Chief Architect of Yerevan reported that they had inventoried 410 private objects the owners of which undertook the responsibility to make the entrances to their objects suitable for people with locomotor disabilities by their own means.
Within the frames of the conference it was reported that the headmaster of the school N 17 after Vrezh Hambardzumyan subordinated to the municipality had voluntarily terminated. We'd like to remind that six months ago he got an oral reprimand for the behavior inappropriate for a teacher and was warned that in case of repeating he would be dismissed. The headmaster of the school N 37 has been reprimanded as well. Mayor Taron Margaryan instructed to keep strict control so as any cases of money collection in schools would be excluded. He stressed that in case of violation of law corresponding measures would be taken.
