Armen Pambukhchyan, First Deputy Mayor of Yerevan, recently visited the construction site to review the progress of the ongoing works at the new Gymnastics School named after Albert Azaryan.
Designed to meet international standards, this contemporary sports complex will serve as a training center for about 300 young athletes. The center is expected to host international competitions, which will significantly promote Armenia in the world of gymnastics and sports.
Upon the completion of its renovation, the complex will host the 2027 European Gymnastics Championships, marking a significant milestone as the event will be held in Armenia for the first time.
