Digitalization of Services at the "Special Service for the Population" CNPO
Structural and technological reforms are currently being implemented at the "Special Service for the Population" Community Non-Profit Organization (CNPO) to enhance the quality of services provided to Yerevan residents.
Alongside the improvements of infrastructure and facilities, the digitization of citizens' archival data is underway, thereby enabling faster and more accessible service delivery.
Reforms have also been implemented in the area of paid services: the fee for the construction of concrete structures in cemeteries has been reduced by 5.7%.
As a result of effective management, the CNPO’s own revenues have increased fivefold, reaching approximately 1 billion drams.
These new financial flows provide opportunities to expand and enhance the range of services offered to the public.
