Within the framework of EU Sustainable Energy Week Yerevan Municipality announces the photography contest entitled “Energy efficiency with my eyes”. The contest is held by “EU4Yerevan Solar Community” program.

Within the scope of EU Sustainable Energy Week, the communities which are members of the Covenant of Mayors organize various actions aimed at public awareness of the green and sustainable development.
Everyone interested making the environment cleaner, more energy efficient and green can participate in the contest.
The terms of participation are as follows:
. participants should send interesting photos reflecting energy efficiency, green energy; each participant can send 1 photo
. photos must be of high quality
. the photo, the author’s name, surname, age, contacts are to be sent on yerevansolarcommunity@mail.com till June 25; the place described in the photo is to be mentioned as well.
. a short comment (idea) on how the clean environment (for example, the energy efficiency or renewable energy use) can contribute to nature and community development, e.g. comment on the equipment, technology, landscape or object’s role depicted in the photo is to be attached to the photo
All photos meeting the terms will be placed in the Facebook pages of the “Yerevan Solar Community” program of the Municipality of Yerevan, the Union of Communities of Armenia, “Covenant of Mayors: East” program. The jury will choose the winners on June 26. The participants who will get the top 5 places will be awarded with special prizes.
