The drafts decisions of the Council of Elders on the budget of Yerevan for 2022, the tariffs of local duties and fees, privileges for them as well as the program of Yerevan development in 2022 were submitted for public discussion.
The decision was unanimously accepted by the members of the council for five-year development program and annual budget management adjunct to Yerevan Mayor. Before voting they raised questions and suggestions related to improvements in a number of fields including health care, social welfare, tourism.
The meeting was chaired by Deputy Mayor Sergey Nersesyan who marked whole answering the questions that the problems the regulation of which is within the Municipality liabilities will be considered and included in further programs.
It was also noted that the priority directions in the development programs and budget are renovation and modernization of pre-schools and medical establishments, replacement of old elevators with new ones, improvement of transport system, well-arrangement of yard areas, renovation of drainage systems, road construction and improvement of streets.

The public hearings will be held in the City Hall of Yerevan (1, Argishti street) on November 9, at 15:00. The applications for participation should be presented before November 8.
