The Armenian Gata baked on the event of the 2800th anniversary of Yerevan has officially been registered in the Guinness World Records book

On September 28 the Armenian traditional pastry Gata weighing 368.6 kg which was baked by “Yeremyan projects” company was officially registered in the Guinness World Records book. The record was fixed by the official referee of the “GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS” who arrived in Armenia with a special visit, the international referee Joanne Marie Brent.
“The record fixed on the decision of “Yeremyan projects” company was dedicated to the 2800th anniversary of the capital. The head of marketing and public relations division of the company Anahit Gevorgyan handed the certificate of the record to the acting head of the Department of Culture of Yerevan Municipality Emin Torosyan.
