Mayor Hayk Marutyan visited Davtashen administrative district and introduced the newly-appointed head of the district Michael Tumasyan to the district staff. Speaking about coming activities Yerevan Mayor stressed that the team is obliged to ensure population’s satisfaction with the work done. Referring to illegal constructions Mayor Hayk Marutyan once again stressed that significant work is to be carried out to get desirable results in this sphere.

“No illegal construction will be permitted. It doesn’t mean that the city won’t develop. New construction processes will be started but they are to meet concrete norms and be legal”, said Hayk Marutyan.
The Mayor thanked the former head of the district Ruslan Baghdasaryan and the staff for the work carried out in the district and expressed confidence that due to consistent work of the staff all the problems of residents’ concern will gradually get solutions.
“We all have the same goal-to solve the rooted problems. Five years will pass, another team will come, we will pass the leadership to another team, but while our serving we must do our best to make our city more developed, to let it go forward”, noted Hayk Marutyan and congratulated Michael Tumasyan on starting the office of the head of Davtashen district and wished him success in his work.
