During he official visit to Stepanakert the delegation headed by Yerevan mayor Taron Margaryan met Stepanakert Mayor Suren Grigoryan. greeting his colleague and the members of the delegation Stepanakert Mayor Suren Grigoryan expressed gratitude for the permanent willingness and efforts made by Yerevan Mayor in the issue of strengthening the effective cooperation between Yerevan and Stepanakert and outlined that the support shown by the partner city of Yerevan is visible for every resident of Stepanakert.

“Mister Mayor, today we can state with pride that our cooperation in all directions is developing successfully and the results are noticeable indeed. And your personal contribution is great in strengthening the effective cooperation between the two capitals. On the days of April war Yerevan Municipality was one of the first to hold out a helping hand to Artsakh and proved once again that Yerevan is next to Stepanakert and is always ready to show any support”, said Suren Grigoryan.
Expressing gratitude for warm welcome Mayor Taron Margaryan in his turn noted that the friendly relationship between the two capitals have been reflected in the program of cooperation signed between Yerevan and Stepanakert and the present pace of the program is really pleasing and it very important that is gradually providing more visible results in various spheres of urban economy.
“ Throughout the four years of official cooperation between the two capital we have achieved significant results, which is certainly highly important. The interaction between the working groups formed in both parties is of high significance as due to it all the achievements are gained.
