Dear Yerkrapah land defenders, respectable veterans of Artsakh war,

I cordially congratulate you on Yerkrapah Day.
During the crucial times of our history the most devoted sons of our nation always stood up to prove the world that Armenians are not only good at creative work but also master weapons to protect their right for survival. During the Artsakh war, when our statehood was at the stage of establishment, the best sons of Armenian people took the weapons and fought against the enemy threatening from outside. It was not merely fight with weapons. Their spirit and will were put in the fight. And we won owing to our unity, unbreakable will and strong spirit.
And today we can state with confidence that Yerkrapah Day is one of the most devoted festival of our state, it's really nationwide and every Armenian gets the stimulus to struggle and implement new programs from it.
This day is also another opportunity to commemorate our fallen heroes and to appreciate their contribution. We are sincerely proud of those who sacrificed their lives for Homeland and our gratitude is expressed in strengthening our army and in difficult, responsible and at the same time grateful work aimed at solving the problems set before our country.
Bowing our heads in front the graves of our heroes we express our gratitude to the parents of our fallen azatamartiks and soldier for upbringing brave Armenians. We assure that Yerevan Municipality and personally I will go on being next to their families and showing permanent support to all Yerkrapah volunteers who performed their patriotic duty towards Homeland.
