Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan met with the beneficiaries of the multifunctional residential complex located at 64, Anastas Mikoyan street in  Davtashen administrative district, as well as the representatives of the bankrupt construction company.
During the meeting, the existing issues concerning the residents were raised, and suggestions for possible solutions were discussed.
Mayor Tigran Avinyan assured the residents that construction within the boundaries of the approximately 4,000-square-meter land plot separated from 64, Anastas Mikoyan str. is excluded. He emphasized the legislative reasons for this impossibility, including the restrictions outlined in Yerevan's General plan approved in 2024.
The Mayor also expressed his willingness to assist, within the framework of his legal powers, in implementing and granting operational permits for improvement works planned with appropriate project designs, both at 64, Anastas Mikoyan and the separated land plot at 64/7.
