Within the framework of discussions on the draft cooperation agreement between the cities of Yerevan and Madrid, Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan, who is currently on an official visit to Madrid, met with Madrid Mayor José Luis Martínez-Almeida.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the main areas of cooperation and the prospects for further development. 
Mayor Avinyan expressed confidence that the partnership will foster the exchange of experience between the two capitals and contribute to the realization of new joint initiatives.
