Respectable Mr Osipyan,

The building of Yerevan Municipality which is under the state protection of the RA Police was broken into by a number of civil persons. This action breaks the law and hinders the regular process of the Municipality work.
We are applying to you so that you take measures to stop illegal actions and to restore regular activity of the Municipality.
