01.06.2016

33 children of the servicemen fallen at the frontline in April and their relatives were in Yerevan from May 29 to June 1 within the frames of the charitable project “Let's present them a fairytale”. This project have been initiated by photographer Anna Manasaryan and children from NKR, Syunik, Shirak, Ararat marzes and Yerevan took part in it.

Yerevan Municipality joined this charitable project aimed at making children's dreams and wishes come true. To make the children's visit to Yerevan more unforgettable and interesting a visit to the Yerevan Zoo was organized. The children walked about the completely renewed and improved area of the Zoo and watched the animals as well as fed them under the control of guides. All the children received souvenirs from the administration of the Zoo.
“Every child's childhood should have some features of a fairytale, where everything is colourful and bright. Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan always keeps all initiatives and projects related to children at the focus of his attention. Our cooperation with Anna Manaseryan is not new, either. On June 1, 2015 the personal exhibition of the photographer which was called “The future of Yerevan” was held in Yerevan City Hall. Supporting this year's project we have tried to join the fairytale presented to the children, making the children's visit to Yerevan unforgettable and full of smiles”, said Yerevan Mayor's Assistant Maria Baraghamyan.
Numerous benefactors also joined the “Let's present them a fairytale” action and they will assist in the implementation of some other children's wishes.
The program will be completed today in Dream park where children will take part in festive events.
