Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan was present at the ceremony of opening the exhibition dedicated to the 95th anniversary of National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia. Within the scope of the exhibition opened in the foyer of Yerevan City Hall the projects, graphics and paintings of the faculty and students of the university are presented.

Congratulating those present on the 95th anniversary of the foundation Yerevan Mayor who is also the chairman of the board of trustees of NUAC Taron Margaryan wished the professors and faculty members and the students further success and achievements.
“National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia is the forge where future builders and architects are being prepared to bring their contribution to the development of architecture and construction. Taking the opportunity we want to express our gratitude to the founders of the university, to the teaching staff which educated and brought up worthy specialists. Organizing the exhibition and the forum in Yerevan City Hall once more proves that the cooperation between the municipality and the university is active and successful. I assure you that our cooperation will be lasting”, said the Mayor of Yerevan.
The Rector of NUAC Armenia Gagik Galstyan outlining the particular importance of holding the exhibition in Yerevan City Hall expressed gratitude to Yerevan Mayor the chairman of the board of trustees of NUAC Taron Margaryan for permanent support in the realization of various projects of the university.
On the event of 95th anniversary of NUAC Armenia, for significant contribution to the sphere of architecture, science and education, Yerevan Mayor's Gold Medal was awarded to the pro-rector for foreign relations of NUAC, candidate of physics and mathematics, docent Vardges Yedoyan; the docent of the chair of construction machinery and movement organization, candidate of technical sciences, docent Hakob Gyulzadyan, as well as the chairman of the Students' Council of NUAC, post-graduate Hovsep Hoveyan.
Mayor Taron Margaryan accompanied by the Rector of NUAC Armenia Gagik Galstyan walked about the exhibition and familiarized himself with the works on display.
It should be noted that the ceremony of opening of the 8th international forum “Architecture and construction-actual problems” also took place in the City Hall of Yerevan. Delegations from Russia, Germany, Italy, Austria, Poland, UAE and Syria arrived in Yerevan to take part in the two-day forum.
