The delegation of Yerevan Municipality which is in Marseille with an official visit on the event of the 25th anniversary of signing the Friendship and Cooperation Agreement between Yerevan and Marseille, took part in the business forum organized by the Armenian-French Trade and Industry Chamber, during which Yerevan Mayor’s Assistant, the coordinator of the sphere of tourism Maria Baraghmyan presented the potential and development of tourism sphere in Yerevan, particularly in the context of event tourism, creation of infrastructures and investment programs.
Within the frames of the forum the Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between Yerevan Municipality in person of Mayor’s Assistant Maria Baraghamyan and the Office of Tourism and Congress of Marseille, in person of Dominique Vlasto and Maxime Tissot.According to the Memorandum the parties are obliged to promote bilateral cooperation and take targeted steps to boost tourism between the two cities, implementing experience, information exchange programs and organizing trainings.
