From 7 to 12 of August, through social media web-pages and e-mail of Yerevan Municipality and administrative districts 78 letters were received,68 of which got appropriate solution,11 ones are being processed.
The majority of the issues related to the sphere of communal services, to the activity of Municipality staff including “Hot lines”, citizens’ participation in receptions, the format of applying to the Municipality.
Social media network users were interested in the activities carried out within the frames of “Clean Yerevan” program. 30 letters were received in this regard. We’d like to remind that our co-citizens can send their e-mails to Yerevan Municipality web-pages on Facebook/FB/Yerevanmunicipality/ and Twitter/@evnmunicipality/,and on e-mail pressyerevan@am or phone on hot line telephone number 011-514-000.
