To orientate the tourists spending their holidays in Yerevan the tourist information support and citizens’ service centres are to work in accordance with the following schedule: the centre near Republic square works on December 31, January 3 and 5, from 12:00 till 17:00, and the centre near France square works on January 2, 4 and 6 from 12:00 till 17:00

According to the statistics, the touristic centres have already served 21 000 visitors from 73 countries. Tourists were given multi-lingual maps, information brochures, different guidelines with the information on the events, the program of “Yerevan City Tour” and so on.
The flows of tourists from Russia, Iran, USA, France, Germany, China, Spain and the UK have increased. Less tourists arrived from the Philippines, Lebanon, Poland and Japan. In the period from January to September 1 275 209 tourists visited Armenia. This number is 8.8% more than the previous year.
