Yerevan residents can submit complains and existing problems online: “Active Citizen” mobile app has been launched
From now on Yerevan residents can submit their complaints and existing problems to the Municipality online, via the mobile app. During the regular working meeting it was reported that the ‘Active Citizen” mobile application was launched on the “Active Citizen” platform. It makes it possible for citizens to report problems from any location leaving a text or voice message as well as attaching videos or photos. Together with the “Hot Line” service it has a feedback possibility, so citizens can get responses related to their problem solution.
“The “Active Citizen” platform and the “Active Citizen” app will become the key program of Yerevan Municipality services: they will make it possible to get informed about the citizens’ problems and for citizens to make various payments. It should become a unified platform for communicating with the municipality in relation to any problem or service”, stressed the Mayor.
