“Yerevan summer 2017”: results of music contest “Yerevan sounds” have been summarized
Within the frames of the three-month events program “Yerevan summer 2017” the results of the 10th music contest “Yerevan sounds” among the municipal music and art schools were summarized with the gala-concert held in the concert hall after Aram Khachaturyan.
The music school after A.Spendiaryan is the first in the top ten. This school has become the winner in this festival for the 5th year running, and this year it was also awarded with the special prize of Yerevan Municipality. The second and third places respectively got the music school after A.Tigranyan and the music school after S.Jrbashyan.
In the nomination “Discovery of the year” won the pupil of the music school N1 after S, Aslamazyan Renik Harutyunyan.
During the gala-concert the top ten schools recognized best according to the results of the festival were awarded with Yerevan Mayor’s honorary diplomas. The schools got the first three prizes were handed symbolic statues and honorary diplomas by Yerevan Deputy Mayor Aram Sukiasyan. We’d like to note that the contest was held in 10 nominations.
