A three-day seminar is being held with the participation of 26 employees of the Municipality of Yerevan and the staffs of the administrative districts within the scope of the agreement signed between the Municipality of Yerevan and the District Council of Ile de France in various spheres of cooperation including experience exchange programs. The seminar the theme of which is “Initiation and preliminary planning of a project” is aimed at the improvement of management of city economy projects, at their more purposeful and effective organization. The material of the observation is one program project from various spheres related to urban economy. The seminar includes lectures-discussions of the following themes:”Contents”, “Terms”, “Expenditures” which will be followed by teamwork and summarizing the work.
The seminar is conducted by the senior consultant in the sphere of project management, the specialist with 30 years of experience in the sphere of IT management French Armenian Harutyun Khachaturyan who is the current director of the French organization “KNL & Partners”.

The next seminar within the scope of the agreement signed between the Municipality of Yerevan and Ile de France District Council is scheduled for June and it theme is experience exchange between condominiums.
