In his speech the Mayor of Plessis Robinson thanked the Mayor of Yerevan Taron Margaryan for such a wonderful present. “Unfortunately, there hasn’t been any khachkar in our city up to now, so I am glad that this present from Mayor Taron Margaryan has filled this gap and we already have a khachkar which is both of spiritual and cultural value”, said Philip Pemezek.
By the way, Plessis Robinson is one of those few cities where the flags of France and Armenia will always be flapping in front of its City Hall.
