Responding the calls of the Mayor of Yerevan to take active part in the citywide tree planting the members of the Council of Elders participated in the events. Particularly, the forest area of Tsitsernakaberd was cleaned up and tree planting was accomplished there by the members of “The Republican party” faction of the Council. Each member of the Council participated in the activities stressed that they took part in such initiatives first of all as the residents of Yerevan who should prove their treatment towards their beloved city and not only once but every day.

The First Deputy Mayor, the member of Yerevan Council of Elders Kamo Areyan took part in the activities together with the members of the faction. He thanked all the participants for their active participation and care for their capital.
The members of “The Prosperous Armenia” faction took part in the tree planting organized in the area adjacent to Hayordats Tun in Nor Nork administrative district.
