During the weekly working meeting chaired by Mayor Taron Margaryan in the City Hall, the reports were made related to the damages made by the strong wind happened on March 24 in various infrastructures of the city economy.
The persons in charge reported that totally 56 cases of falling down of trees, advertisement boards and road signs, as well as of damaged roofs were registered. Several problems were fixed in the system of energy supply. It was reported during the working meeting that relevant services of Yerevan Municipality and the staffs of administrative districts rapidly responded to all the alarm calls received via “hot lines”.
Mayor Taron Margaryan instructed the corresponding municipal departments and services as well as the heads of administrative districts to study and inventory within a short time the damages caused by the wind and to take measures to eliminate the consequences to restore normal work of infrastructures involving the process all services and condominiums of the city.
