During the weekly working meeting in the City Hall of Yerevan it was reported that all the activities planned for the citywide tree planting of April 15, had been fulfilled properly. Corresponding subdivisions of the Municipality and administrative districts were instructed to carry on the activities in this direction and to organize Saturday clean-ups.

The head of the Department of Development and Investment Programs reported that the existing investment projects are presented both to local investors and to foreign partners. According to the agreement reached with the Development Foundation of Armenia, soon all the investment proposals of Yerevan Municipality will be available at www.investmentprojects.am website. It was instructed to carry on active cooperation with the interested parties.
Regarding illegal street trade prevention it was reported that 10 cases were revealed the previous week. Concerning revelation and prevention of wastes dumping in inappropriate places it was reported that the previous week 8 protocols had been made up. Everyday tight control was instructed in all directions.
According to the results of permanent monitoring in the sphere of urban development and land control 3 cases were revealed. At two locations dismantling was carried out. it was instructed to continue strengthened control and to present detailed awareness of public of the advantages achieved as a results of the changes made in the organization of the process.
At the end of the working meeting all the municipal departments and operative services were instructed to ensure proper organization and holding of the events dedicated to April 24- Commemoration Day of Armenian Genocide Victims. It was also instructed to keep a watchful eye over the cleanness and care for the green areas adjacent to the memorial complex of Tsitsernakaberd. The security control will be strengthened together with the Road Police.
