Lights on City’s Main Christmas Tree Ceremoniously Lit in Republic Square

On December 8, during a solemn event in Republic Square, the lights of the main Christmas tree of the capital were lit, marking the beginning of the New Year's festive atmosphere. Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan participated in the festive event. From December 8 to January 6, a Christmas fair will also be held in Shahumyan square.
