Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan together with the president of the Yerkrapah Volunteer Union Manvel Grigoryan, other members of the departmenr and numerous freedom fighters in accordance with the tradition visited the Yerablur Pantheon at the New Year Eve to pay a tribute to the fallen azatamartiks. Together with those present the Mayor put flowers at the memorial to Unknown Soldier and kept a minute of silence in remembrance of those who sacrificed their lives for the sake of Artsakh deliberation. Taron Margaryan also put flowers at the grave of the founder of the Armenian Republican Party Ashot Navasardyan. Afterwards Mayor Taron Margaryan, the president of YVU and others paid a tribute to the memory of Sparapet Vazgen Sargsyan and Andranik Ozanyan the Commander. At Holy Martyrs of Vardanants church Taron Margaryan lit candles for the peace of the souls of the fallen Armenians sacrificed their lives for the sake of their homeland independence.
