Certificates to participants of HR management trainings
The new strategy of Yerevan Municipality is aimed at creating and installing new formats and approaches in human resource management. In teamwork with the UN Development Program the Municipality initiated and held four-day interactive trainings entitled “Modern Approaches in HR Management”.
20 employees of the Department of HR Management of the Municipality and 12 administrative districts took part in this stage of the program.,
Yerevan Mayor Hrachya Sargsyan was present at the final meeting and handed the certificates to the participants. The Mayor expressed hope that the new skills and knowledge they got during the trainings will help increase the effectiveness of work.
At present the Municipality installs new digital tools to significantly contribute to increasing the quality of services. Mayor’s Advisor Mery Margaryan informed that similar interactive refresher courses will be continued.
