Yerevan Mayor Hayk Marutyan congratulated Stepanakert Mayor David Sargsyan on the Day of Stepanakert and conveyed the best wishes on behalf of Yerevan people.
“Two capitals of the Armenian land have always been and will carry on being side by side both in disasters and in joy. Yerevan is always ready to keep strong the rear of Stepanakert as Stepanakert is the rear and stronghold of Yerevan. I believe that together, by joining our efforts we will eliminate all consequences of the war and move forward towards safe and flourishing life.
