RA People’s Artist Vladilen Balyan has been awarded the tile of Honorary Citizen of Yerevan
On his 96th birthday, the Armenian composer, RA People’s Artist Vladilen Balyan has been awarded with the title of Honorary Citizen of Yerevan. This decision was made at the regular meeting of the Council of Elders of Yerevan to appreciate the composer’s significant contribution to the development of music art and Armenian culture.

Taking into account the state of emergency announced in the country the Council made a decision to free construction developers from paying penalties caused by unpaid rents and construction fees.

The next regular meeting of the Council of Elders is scheduled for May 26.
