Dear townspeople,
On the event of the International Day of Children’s Protection June 1 various festive events are to be held in the capital. The events traditionally organized by Yerevan Municipality in capital this year are held under the motto “Yerevan for children” and are going to start in the morning and finish late in the evening with a bright firework. The events are to be held in accordance with the following schedule:

Azatutyan square, the administrative district of Kentron
11:00-17:00 amusement concert program for children
11:00-12:00 chalk drawing
16:00-20:00 “The world in children’s eyes”: pupils of Yerevan art schools are drawing; an open lesson of drawing and painting

Yerevan Zoological Garden
12:30-13:00 opening of cycling parking place
13:00-18:00 “Summer starts” solemn ceremony-concerts, contests.

Children’s park
10:00-12:00 “Healthy Yerevan” –sport and cultural event of the kindergartens of the administrative districts of Yerevan
12:00-16:00 competition of children’s electromobiles and cycling

“Haghtanak” (“Victory”) park the administrative district of Kanaker-Zeytun
10:00-13:00 free entertaining games and attractions
11:00-19:00 festival of children’s songs and dances
19:00-23:00 music show
22:00 fireworks

Northern avenue
11:00-18:00 “Amazement path”

“Dream park” the administrative district of Kanaker-Zeytun
10:00-21:00 amusing concert program for children

Swan’s Lake area
20:30-23:00 open-air cartoon show
It should be noted that the June 1 events will be held in all administrative districts.
