Mayor Hrachya Sargsyan takes part in third draw of “Hay Manuk” program
Within the frames of “Hay Manuk” (“Armenian baby”) program of “Hay” association, 152 more couples will get the opportunity to get medical aid to become parents. Yerevan Mayor Hrachya Sargsyan, representatives of legislative and executive bodies, members of the Council of Elders, guests were present at the draw ceremony of the charity program.
The “Hay Manuk” project helps couples who cannot afford to make use of expensive medical services helping them to have children.
Greeting the participants, the Mayor expressed gratitude to the initiators of this important project.
“Taking into account the recent situation it is particularly important that kids’ voices should be heard in Armenian families as much as possible. In this regard, the government and the community have some programs and initiatives as well”, stressed the Mayor.
