During the weekly working meeting in the City Hall it was reported that 12 cases of illegal construction had been revealed in the sphere of urban development the previous week and 2 constructions revealed earlier had been dismantled. It was also reported that notification of citizens about the procedure of getting permissions for construction is going on by mass media. The mayor instructed to carry on rigid control and the process of information.

As a result of the activities aimed at illegal street trade prevention it was reported that the previous week 8 cases of violation had been revealed. it was also reported that 45 administrative protocols were drawn up for waste dumping in inappropriate places. Everyday tight control was to be continued.
The Department of Communal Services of Yerevan Municipality, heads of administrative districts and the operative headquarters were instructed to create a working group jointly with “Sanitek” company, to consider and regulate the issue of selecting locations for waste containers.
“Citizens periodically complain about the locations of waste containers. They also complain that in this issue the Department of Communal Services and “Sanitek” company try to put the responsibility on one another. Such approach is unacceptable for me. I have mentioned many times that if there are any problems of residents concern they are to be solved and not to be justified and say that it is beyond our competence. Both parties are responsible for the problem. Create a working group, discuss the problem and within a short time find appropriate solution”, said Taron Margaryan.
During the working meeting it was also reported that a result of the control over public transport operation carried out jointly with the Road Police 14 cases of administrative violations had been revealed. The control over elimination of the cases of blocking the streets provided for car parking is also going on. It was instructed to carry on rigid and consistent control and to respond to residents' phone calls received by “hot lines”. The coordinators of transport sector are instructed to start winter preparations in teamwork with servicing companies.
