Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan introduced the newly-appointed leader of Kanaker-Zeytundistrict Artak Hanisyan to the staff of the district. The former leader of the administrative district Gevorg Ghazaryan resigned his office in accordance with his application.
The Mayor thanked him for effective and successful teamwork. The Mayor also noted that in the last three years the problems set before the administrative district got corresponding solutions which is the result of well-coordinated teamwork. Outlining that due to consistent work of the administrative district urban economy is dynamically developed, Taron Margaryan stressed that he expected systematic and devoted work from each employee in the administrative district.
Taking into account background of Artak Hanisyan in the system of local self-government, the Mayor said that the new head of the district is well-aware of the problems of the residents and will contribute to the implementation of the programs promoting development of the district and the capital.
“I am sure that keeping the traditions of teamwork Kanaker-Zeytundistrict will promote implementation of all outlined programs. Today it’s important for us to find solutions to all the problems raised by the residents so I expect you to make the relationship with the residents closer. In the context of proportional development of the capital we should take corresponding measures to implement all the programs aimed at the development of the administrative district. We should join our efforts to solve the existing problems. And with our work we should be able to provide well-arranged and comfortable environment for the residents”, stressed the Mayor.
The Mayor imported the regular visits to yard areas so as to provide feedback with the residents and to get aware of the problems of residents’ concern as this method proved its effectiveness.
