The control over meeting the norms of obligatory improvement of surrounding areas by entrepreneurs, which is required by the Council of Elders of Yerevan, is going on. This was reported during the weekly working meeting. Correspondingly, 19 cases of not meeting the norms were revealed as a result of inspections. The persons in charge were instructed by the Mayor to carry on the control consistently.
The head of the Department of Nature Protection reported that landscaping and sanitary pruning of trees are going on in the capital. The Mayor instructed to carry on the work cooperating with the specialists and interested organizations.
The head of the Department of Building and Improvement reported that liquidation of holes and cracks in the sidewalks and traffic areas in the administrative districts is going on as well. The Mayor assigned to finish the work as scheduled keeping under control the quality of work.
