In August of this year 11250 applications and letters were received from individuals and legal entities in Yerevan Municipality and the staffs of the heads of the administrative districts. In this regard it was instructed to find appropriate solutions to the issues raised in the applications and letters within the time determined by the RA law. And if the raised problems are beyond the powers of Municipality or the administrative districts the applications and letters are to be re-addressed to corresponding bodies. The performance of the instructions given regarding applications and letters has made up 100%. No cases of violation of the terms have been recorded.
