Armen Pambukhchyan, First Deputy Mayor of Yerevan, received a delegation led by the President of the Romanian City Managers Association. The organization, headed by Marian Florea, brings together more than 700 city managers from across Romania. Among the members of the delegation was Vahe Hovakimyan, City Manager of Ștefăneștii de Jos.
During the meeting, Armen Pambukhchyan emphasized the importance of international cooperation in urban governance, noting that the exchange of experience and the integration of innovative solutions contribute to enhancing the efficiency of municipal services. He outlined Yerevan’s development priorities, highlighting the ongoing projects that aim to modernize infrastructure, advance digitalization, and enhance transparency in governance.
