Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan received a delegation led by Sebnem Alp, Head of Eastern Europe and Central Asia at UK Export Finance (UKEF), the UK Government’s export credit agency. The aim of the meeting was to explore opportunities for cooperation, as well as the possibility of financing priority initiatives with the support of UK Export Finance.
During the meeting, the Mayor presented various infrastructure and urban development investment projects. Tigran Avinyan emphasized that programs being implemented across the city require innovative solutions and effective financial instruments. Thus, cooperation with such organizations is of utmost importance for Yerevan.
The delegation members expressed their readiness to explore specific formats of cooperation with the Yerevan Municipality and to support investment projects.
