Traditional «Street Workout Challenge» has been held
Under the sponsorship of Yerevan Municipality annual «Street Workout Challenge» event was held in Buenos Aires park in Ajapnyak administrative district. This event is held by the Armenian Street Workout Federation which is a member of the Youth Council adjunct to Yerevan Mayor. The strongest sportsmen of the cities and towns of Armenia competed in teams.
The aim of the event is propaganda of healthy lifestyle and popularization of this kind of sport in yards, as there is sport equipment installed in many yards of the administrative districts. The special guest of the event and the chief referee was famous athlete from Holland Mike Bigiman who also gave a master class. At the end of the event the winners were awarded.
