All construction developers are obliged to install devises for checking air quality: Tigran Avinyan
New metro wickets have been installed in Yerevan Underground. Due to installation of the unified ticket system of public transport, the Underground pass will be via QR-codes and other ways of payment.

Yerevan Municipality department of Control completed the study of the problem occurred at 47 Nor Aresh 57 street, in Erebuni district. The development of the construction of public significance went on with a number of violations as a result of which the headwall of the embankment of the Voghchaberd river was damaged. The riverbed has decreased by 50% resulting in reduction of water capacity.

Yerevan will have a new General plan: it will be a digital document which will ensure the proportional and uninterrupted development of the city. It was reported that the process is going on as scheduled.

On the instruction of Yerevan Mayor strict raids will be carried out to bring building sites in concordance with requirements set. Particular attention was paid to installation of devises for checking air quality. Mayor Avinyan stressed that it can be seen on the GIS map how many companies had installed such devises and the results are not satisfactory. Currently, 16 devises have been installed.
“All construction developers are obliged to install air checking equipment in accordance with the decision of the Council of Elders, and we must fix the violations”, said the Mayor.
