The Municipality of Yerevan jointly with “STR” club of car enthusiasts” NGO organized a show of sport cars congratulating this way the International Women’s Day. 25 sport cars and 10 motorbikes took part in the show. The members of the club passed along the specially separated part of the road driving their cars decorated with the flags of Yerevan and showing their skills. The parade started at the end of Abovyan street and including several central streets finished it in Republic square.There were also women among the car enthusiasts. And the women who watched the parade said that the action was a pleasant surprise. Some of them expressed a wish to have a small trip about the capital in the company of the members of the club.
