The delegation of the administrative district of Davtashen visited the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic

Within the frames of the program of cooperation between Yerevan and Stepanakert the delegation headed by the leader of the administrative district of Davtashen Ruslan Baghdasaryan visited the NKR on February 26-28. During the visit the members of the delegation had a meeting with the Mayor of Stepanakert Suren Grigoryan and discussed the accomplished projects and the further plans.

Suren Grigoryan and Ruslan Baghdasaryan watched the performance of Yerevan State Circus in the House of Youth and Culture of Stepanakert. The performance was prepared for the children of Artsakh.
On February 27 the head of Davtashen district Ruslan Baghdasaryan had a meeting with the head of the administration of Mardakert district Vladik Khachatryan. During the meeting they discussed the perspectives of cooperation between Yerevan and other districts of the NKR.
Within the scope of the visit Ruslan Baghdasaryan and the leader of Mardakert city community Mikael Gyurjyan signed a memorandum of mutual cooperation between Davtashen district and Mardakert. As a token of the beginning of the cooperation the Municipality of Yerevan presented Mardakert benches with the inscription Yerevan-Mardakert on them.
In Mardakert district the parents of the servicemen residing in Davtashen district visited their sons. The members of the delegation headed by Ruslan Baghdasaryan also visited the military unit of Mardakert.
Another performance of the Yerevan Circus was in the military unit. During the event the soldiers and the children were handed presents from the pupils of the schools of Davtashen district. On February 28 the members of the delegation visited the Memorial complex of Stepanakert to render the tribute to the memory of the victims of Sumgait of 1988 and on behalf of Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan put a wreath to the memorial to innocent victims of the massacre.
