Cooperation treaty has been signed between Nor Nork administrative district of Yerevan and the Central Okrug of Novosibirsk, Russia. The treaty was signed by the head of Nor Nork district Armen Ulikhanyan and the head of Novosibirsk Central Okrug Sergey Kanunnikov.

It should be noted that on October 10,2014 sisterhood treaty was signed between Yerevan and Novosibirsk, within the framework of which experience and information exchange was carried out in the spheres of interest for further development of Yerevan and Novosibirsk.
The head of Nor Nork district Armen Ulikhanyan highly appreciated the bilateral cooperation and wished his colleague success in work.
Attaching particular importance to the position of Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan in the issue of expansion of friendly and business ties between the two cities the head of Novosibirsk delegation and the leader of the Central Okrug Sergey Kanunnikov assured that they would do their best to promote cooperation development between Novosibirsk Central Okrug and Nor Nork administrative district of Yerevan.
