The delegation headed by the Governor of Saint Petersburg Georgi Poltavchenko which is in Yerevan with an official visit, accompanied by Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan visited the area adjacent to Abovyan square to get acquainted with the site provided for the construction of the hotel complex “Saint Petersburg”. Within the frames of the program of cooperation signed between the Municipality of Yerevan and the Government of Saint Petersburg a hotel complex corresponding to international standards is to be built here. This investment project will contribute to tourism promotion in Yerevan and development of tourist infrastructures.
