Yerevan Mayor participated in the events on the occasion of Gevorg Chaush memory day
Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan was present at the event dedicated to the day of commemoration of Fedayis and the hero of the Armenian national liberation struggle Gevorg Chaush. The event was organized on the area adjacent to the monument to Gevorg Chaush in Ajapnyak administrative district of the capital.
Taron Margaryan together with the participants of the event put flowers at the monument to Gevorg Chaush in the memory of the Fedayi's leader. The event was accompanied by national songs and dances. Yerevan Mayor was also present at the ceremony of the opening new office of “Sasun-Taron” patriotic union. Accompanied by the Chairman of the union Kamo Areyan the Mayor walked about the office and get acquainted with the facilities of the Union office.
